Is making money online a crime?

I'm 15 so is it illegal to make online doing surveys. if the company sends you a check and you go to your bank to deposit it will they think its a fraud??

Is making money online a crime?
It depends on the company. Most of these online companies are scams. A few are reputable, but you should read their Terms %26amp; Conditions carefully, and specifically ask if they have an age requirement.

At 15, you are not allowed to sign a legal agreement, but you can sign usage agreements - for example, you can't apply for a loan, but you can get your own email account. So it depends on what the company is asking you to do.

Unless you at some point ignored or lied about an age requirement, then you haven't committed fraud. So you're probably fine. And if you're only earning small amounts, under $100 a year, you don't need to report in on your taxes (and you're unlikely to earn even half that from any reputable site). The bank is unlikely to enquire about your age or work status when you cash the check - they just want to make sure that the check itself is legitimate.
Reply:No, I do those all the time. But the checks aren't big enough for them to think its fraudulent. Its about 6 bucks here and there. I deposit them into my account all the time. I use surveyspot too! You just have to get to the survey's before everyone else does.
