Ok, I've read all the other answers, I'll make the following points. If your link contains a referral, it gets ignored. I'm not interested in affiliate programs, programs that require me to pay to access the next millionaire making program, or surveys. I am prepared to put real effort into earning money online, but I'm not a sucker.
