I know this question may have been asked many times, but I have only found unfullfilment answers. I mean I know there is people making money online, but everything seems to be just scams. Who speaks the truth? HELP

One way you can make money is with affiliate programs.
You create an interesting web site, one that has a genuine content that people might find useful. Then you run advertisements on it for various products and services. Companies will pay you for referring customers to them. Either a commission for simply sending them a potential customer, or a commission on the goods and services that that customer purchases.
I used to run a site that was a kind of online shopping mall. When the PS2 came out, I sold them through Amazon.com and I made $20 for each one I sold. But my best single sale was with a computer store. One of my site visitors went to their web site and purchased $37,000 worth of computer stuff. I got a check in the mail for $1,100. Not bad for doing nothing!
Look up affiliate schemes, Commission Junction, the Amazon.com associates program, and link share for ideas.
The catch is you have to create something useful to begin with. Be it a web site, a blog, something that people want to visit. Once you get the hits you can cash in.
